A new vapor generator with a wide range of upgraded functionalities.

A huge duty and rugged vapor boiler made of high-quality Teflon incalloic components that are resistant to the combination scale with supplemental electronics. This ensure a musch longer lifespan.

All models are equipped with the latest electronic monitoring systems with embedded diagnostics with a series of LED lights to show every functioning of the boiler.

There are a number of heating elements in the generator that are running consistently, from cold the two components work for fast heating, when the temperature of the vapour bath is practically achieved the number of detached components.

The necessary temperature is attained and kept through the other components alternating on and off to keep the temperature steady without great volatility enhancing the user’s comfort.

Steam machines Aqua Industrial SG-60 are equipped with an automatic drain with an automatic rinse cycle spill the contents of the furnace in a controlled manner - on completion of each steaming session. The vapor boiler will shut down for several minutes to let the water cool down for a while. After that, the drain flap opens. After a certain period of time, the cold-water input flap opens to ensure a continuous rinsing and drainage period.

Rinsing and draining the boiler minimize the accumulation of spoiling limestone, cooling the components prior to final drainage facilitate the extension of their service life.

Electronic commands with digital display to provide temperatures between 30 and 60 degrees centigrade and length of 15 to 240 minutes or continuous procedure with extra keys to the vapour bath light, keypad latch, manual drain, etc.

Vapour inlet fitting with possibility to add necessary oils.

The security functions include dry boiling defence thermal overload security cutoff and excess pressure flap.
