 Super chlorinating the pool by using Astral pool chlorine shock tablets, ensures that the pool water is in excellent condition, these guarantees, that almost all bacteria is killed in this process, however, to establish the pool is entirely rid of bacteria, it is best to use Long lasting chlorine 24 hours after the chlorine shock process.

Checking the pH level of the pool water before adding the chemicals is highly recommended, this promises the maximum effect of the chemicals. It is best to start the process at sunset.

Instructions:

STEP 1: pH check: Ideal 7.2 – 7.6, which can be attained using the pH regulators

STEP 2: Initial treatment: Dosage: 7 tablets of Astral pool chlorine shock tablets for 10m3 of water. Using the recommended dose into the skimmer followed by connecting the filtering equipment, this makes the dissolving and distribution process equal and quick. 

The product can be also be used with the help of a dosing pump.

(The above dose can be modified according to the condition of the pool)

STEP 3: The residual Chlorine should be between 0.5 – 2 mg/l, which can be determined using the testers.

CAUTION: It is instructed to not to use the pool for 24 hours after the Chlorine shock treatment.
