VGE cooper ionizer UV pool sanitizer, 75 W

The VGE ionizer cleans your pool water by electrolytically releasing copper ions. The body of the ionizer contains copper electrodes that release small amounts of ions into the water flowing through the body.

These positively charged copper ions (Cu2+) destroy the cell walls of bacteria, viruses and other lower organisms. As a result, these organisms lose their ability to nourish themselves and, consequently, to reproduce.

The ionizer is installed in the piping system after the pool filter.

Note: Do not use the VGE copper ionizer with a salt electrolysis system or in a salt water pool. The interaction of salts with copper ions can result in the formation of highly toxic chemical compounds.
