• The pump body is constructed from polypropylene reinforced with fiberglass, ensuring exceptional strength and resistance to chemical corrosion. This material choice guarantees the pump's longevity, making it a lasting investment for pool owners.
• The impeller of the pump is made from Noryl, a high-performance engineering thermoplastic known for its excellent chemical resistance and durability. The Noryl impeller enables efficient water circulation, allowing for effective pool maintenance and operation.
• Pump is equipped with a mechanical seal made of graphite and ceramics. This combination of materials provides excellent sealing properties, preventing water leakage and extending the lifespan of the pump.
• The motor shaft of the Atecpool Counter Current High-flow pump is manufactured using stainless steel AISI 316L. This grade of stainless steel is renowned for its corrosion resistance and strength, making it well-suited for use in wet environments like swimming pools.
• The pump is available with different motor options to meet various power requirements. For single-phase power supply at 230V-50Hz, a 3HP motor is provided. Alternatively, for three-phase power supply at 230/400V-50Hz, motors with power options of 3HP, 4HP, or 5.5HP are available. All motors operate at a speed of 3,000 rpm and are equipped with IP-55 protection, ensuring safe and reliable performance.
• Upon request, the pump can be customized to operate at 60Hz, accommodating specific regional power standards.
• The Atecpool Counter Current High-flow pump features suction and return connections sized at 3 ½", allowing for easy integration into existing pool plumbing systems. The connections are compatible with Ø 75 mm bush connections, providing a secure and efficient flow of water.
• The pump includes bush connections with the package, eliminating the need for separate purchases and ensuring a hassle-free installation process.
